Club 100 Membership Terms and Conditions.
The following terms apply between Ray Levy Law Offices and the Client in relation to the Club 100 legal services programme.

What’s Not Included?
As you know, we’re business lawyers, not divorce lawyers or property lawyers or litigators. That means the following (not exhaustive) list of matters are not covered within your Club 100 Membership:
- Divorce and family law
- Residential and Commercial Property, such as conveyancing and commercial leases
- Litigation (we do cover debt chasing, and advising on disputes, but we do not file claims or defend claims once they have been filed).
Whilst we do, as a firm, handle Sales and Purchases of businesses, we do not include that work within the Club 100 Membership terms. Those are big pieces of work, for which we’d need to give you a separate, specific quote.
Fair Use Policy
As you can imagine, we’re taking something of a risk by allowing you unlimited legal services. We’re prepared to lose out a fair bit on the deal, and to allow you to make the most of your Club 100 Membership. However, we also have to be sensible. If we feel that you’re over-doing it, and placing too high a burden on our services, we’ll let you know. We don’t have any specific usage levels in mind, but we think we’ll both know if you’re asking for too much. In that case, we can either scale your requests back to something more manageable, or we can end your Membership (you won’t have to pay anything more if we terminate on these grounds).
Term
The Membership term is for periods of 12 months each. The term will automatically renew at the end of each period of 12 months, unless you give us notice of your wish to terminate your Membership. You will need to tell us at least 30 days before the term is due to expire. If you do not give us notice of termination within this period, your Membership will automatically continue for a further period of 12 months.
Cancellation
As the benefits of your Membership are spread out over 12 months, it is not possible for you to cancel your Membership part way through the term. Should you cease to require your Membership, the remaining payments due to the end of the term must still be paid.
We reserve our right to discontinue Club 100 services by providing you with at least 30 days’ notice. If we terminate, then you won’t have to make any further payments.
Billing
Club 100 Membership will be billed automatically each month, in advance, by direct debit (unless we agree otherwise).
Changes to these Terms
No amendment to these Membership Terms shall apply unless agreed in writing between Ray Levy Law Offices and the Client.
Standard Terms
You accept that our Standard Terms of Engagement apply to the legal services we provide to you as a Club 100 Member.
Law and Jurisdiction
The terms of this agreement are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the courts of England & Wales.

Why we’re different?
Ray Levy Law Offices is a specialist business law practice.
We don’t do other areas of law (like wills or divorces), we just focus on being experts in our field. That means you get the best business law advice from more than 20 years of experience.
To get this level of specialist legal advice, you would usually have to go to one of those unpleasantly large city law firms (those that have hundreds of lawyers, charge you for breathing and don’t remember your name).
We’re different. We prefer smaller clients, we give you a direct, personal service that’s relevant to you, and we don’t fob you off with a junior lawyer who just came out of law school.
Finally, and quite importantly, we don’t charge you an arm and a leg either. We’re also a small business at the end of the day, and we know what’s reasonable to pay for legal services.
