I’m Ray Levy, the founder of Ray Levy Law Offices
I founded the firm to provide our clients with an exceptional business law firm experience, competing with the best law firms in the City of London, at a much more reasonable cost.
With more than 20 years’ experience advising business of all types and from all industries, we have the strength and depth to give you sensible, useful and cost-effective legal advice. We’re here to help you solve pressing business issues and to provide the legal framework which enables you to carry out your business plans.
I started my career in large corporate law firms based in the City of London, advising big clients on big transactions. However, after around 10 years I began to realize that less is more, and downscaled myself out of the City, to head up a new Corporate Law Department in a smaller boutique, commercial law practice.
After successfully launching that firm’s Corporate Department, I decided to do the same thing again, for myself this time and started my own law firm.
Over the last 20 years, I have worked with some of the biggest names (Samsung, LG, Universal Pictures, Disney to name drop a few) and some of the smallest too. Often, the smaller ones are more fun, and usually, my smaller clients take more interest in what I have to say. However, my goal is to provide the best service I can, whatever size your business and whatever legal assistance you need.

Why we’re different?
Ray Levy Law Offices is a specialist business law practice.
We don’t do other areas of law (like wills or divorces), we just focus on being experts in our field. That means you get the best business law advice from more than 20 years of experience.
To get this level of specialist legal advice, you would usually have to go to one of those unpleasantly large city law firms (those that have hundreds of lawyers, charge you for breathing and don’t remember your name).
We’re different. We prefer smaller clients, we give you a direct, personal service that’s relevant to you, and we don’t fob you off with a junior lawyer who just came out of law school.
Finally, and quite importantly, we don’t charge you an arm and a leg either. We’re also a small business at the end of the day, and we know what’s reasonable to pay for legal services.
